ID 157128 - Switching between flipbook applications (e.g RV) adds duplicate knobs in the flipbook dialog

Found in 7.1v1a101 on CentOS 5.4. Cannot reproduce on OSX, haven't tried Windows yet.

This started happening in 7.0v1.

To repro:
1. Copy the attached linux_rv.py file to your .nuke directory.
2. Add the following line to your menu.py file in your .nuke directory:

import linux_rv

3. Launch Nuke and add a CheckerBoard.
4. With the CheckerBoard selected press Alt+F.

The flipbook dialog should appear.

5. Set the Flipbook knob to FrameCycler.

Note how all of the knobs are duplicated.

6. Set the Flipbook knob back to RV.

Another set of knobs appear. This will continue each time you switch between the different flipbook apps.
