Steps to reproduce

1)
Open Nuke Studio and start a new project

2)
Go Project > Edit Settings > Sequence

3)
Set Time Display to Frames and Start Timecode to 1001

4)
Import 2 clips

5)
Add first clip to sequence on track 1 at frame 1001

6)
Add second clip to sequence on track 2 at frame 1001

7)
Adjust timeline so 1001 appears as the first frame of the timeline sequence (alt+drag)

8)
Select both clips

9)
Right click > Effects > Create Comp Special

10)
Set destination folder and use 'Basic Nuke Shot' export preset and click to enable 'Include' under Handles tab > Cut Length  (use default = 12)

11)
 Select Create Comp

12)
Select 'Add a separate comp for each shot'

13)
Double click comp container on timeline to open nuke script (drag the second comp from the bin to the timeline on a new track so you can look at it also)

Expected behaviour
Read nodes play from frame 1001 (Read frame 'start at' is 1001.0), Read nodes display their original frame range;  In the Write node the frame range knob is set to start at 1001

Actual behaviour
Read nodes play from frame 1 (Read frame 'start at' is 1.0), Read nodes display original frame range;  In the Write node the frame range knob is set to start at 0
