addTimecode node does not honour the disable checkbox

Steps to reproduce
1. Open Nuke
2. Read in footage
3. Add a 'AddTimeCode' node
4. Add view metadata node
5. Notice that timecode metadata is set to the footage default
6. Modify the 'start code' on the AddTimeCode node
7. Refresh the view metadata node, or simply create a new one
8. Notice that the updated timecode is passed through
9. Now disable the AddTimeCode node and refresh/create a new view metadata node
Result: Updated timecode is still passed through even though the AddTimeCode node is disabled
