ID 287055 - Nuke 11.0v1 incorrectly prompts that it requires Visual Studio 2010 for compiled plugins, when needs Visual Studio 2015.

Problem summary
Nuke 11.0v1 prints the error "Only plugins compiled with vs2010 are supported". This mis-informs the user as only Visual Studio 2015 compiled plugins work in Nuke 11.0v1, not Visual Studio 2010 compiled as the error states.

Developers have directly reproduced the problem and relayed the information, as it relates to a plugin created and compiled in Visual Studio 10 specific to Nuke 11.0v1.

Expected behaviour
Error message letting the user know that only Visual Studio 15 compiled plugins are compatible with Nuke 11,  eg "Only plugins compiled with vs2015 are supported"

Actual behaviour
Error message incorrectly informs the user that only Visual Studio 10 compiled plugins work, where in actual fact only Visual Studio 15 compiled plugins work in Nuke 11. eg "Only plugins compiled with vs2010 are supported"
