Problem summary
Denoise in Nuke 11.0v1 crashes when GPU acceleration is enabled with Radeon FirePro Series GPUs.
Customer reported version
nuke.11.0v1
Customer reported platform
10.11
Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke.
2) In the node graph, press "Tab" and type in "checkerboard," then press enter to create a checkerboard.
3) Then, press "tab" again and type "denoise" then press enter to create a denoise node, attached to the checkerboard.
4) Select the Denoise node and press "1" to view the denoise node.
5) Move the analysis region in the viewer around by left clicking and holding the center of the region in the viewer. Move it a few times.
Result: Nuke crashes.
Workaround
Disable GPU Acceleration in the node properties. This drastically reduces denoise speed, however.
Reproduced by support
11.0v1 - OSX 10.12.3
Was unable to reproduce in previous versions. Do not have access to an alternative OS with Radeon FirePro Series GPUs.
Earliest version tested
8.0v1
Expected behaviour
Proper denoising using GPU acceleration.
Actual behaviour
Use of GPU accelerated Denoise node crashes Nuke.
