Metadata input frame values are one frame out on retimed clips

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke Studio
2) Import the attached footage
3) Create a text soft effect with the message being the below text:
[metadata input/frame]
4) Select the eyedropper in the viewer, the frame values will match in all areas
4) In the conforming workspace, set the speed of the clip to 80%, the softeffect will now be one frame out when scrubbing through the timeline. Note the eyedropper value and the video still line up.
