Problem summary
Viewer repeat playback option will jump between first and last frame only if In and Out points are set and viewer is set to Skip Frames
Customer reported version
nuke.10.0v4
Customer reported platform
windows10
Steps to reproduce
1. Open NukeStudio
2. Import hrox project attached to bug
3. Match media to footage attached to bug
4. Set the In and Out points to the first and last frames of the clip
5. Set the viewer playback to repeat (the icon in the bottom of the viewer next to the In point control)
6. Set the viewer to 'Skip Frames' (accessible via the double down arrows in the top right of the viewer > Non RT playback > Skip Frames)
7. Play footage in viewer
Result: the clip should bounce back and forth between the in and out point rather than playing through the entire clip
8. If this does not occur then toggle the audio on or off let footage play to end of clip
9. If issue still does not occur then try switching from repeat to bounce, let the clip play out for a bit, then switch back to repeat
Workaround
Set viewer to play all frames (accessible via the double down arrows in the top right of the viewer > Non RT playback > Play All Frames)
Reproduced by support
Reproduce on:
OSX 10.11.3
Nuke Studio: 10.5v1, 10.0v4, 9.0v1
Unable to reproduce on:
Windows 8
Nuke Studio: 10.0v4, 9.0v8
Expected behaviour
Expecting clip to play from in point to out point and then play again from in point
Actual behaviour
Clip would keep switching between the first and last frame determined by the in and out points
