Steps to reproduce
1) Connect Nuke 10.5v1 to a BlackMagic DeckLink Mini with an external monitor
2) Create a ColorWheel, and animate the rotation value
3) Enable Monitor Output and select the BlackMagic Card
4) Play the Viewer, the external monitor will flicker, and the Viewer will stutter. See the attached video.
Workaround
Use an earlier version of Nuke

The external monitor flickers on playback
Notes for QA:
The stripey output bug https://foundry.tpondemand.com/entity/248294 was introduced before this change. To confirm this test the jenkins build before the one with the fix for this and check that it also has the bug.
Also, this was blocking the BM SDK update story, which can be checked at the same time as this imo. (if everything works fine, both changes are fine, but I would add that I have not yet determined if the SDK update is independent of the bug 248294 i just mentioned....)
