Steps to reproduce

1) Go to https://www.thefoundry.co.uk/products/nuke/developers/100/ndkdevguide/knobs-and-handles/output-knobs.html

2) It says:

The NDK contains a ‘ValueProviderOp’ sample which demonstrates a simple case using a ValueProvider to link a Color_knob and a MultiFloat_knob.

This is not present anywhere in the NDK
Expected behaviour
For the mentioned ‘ValueProviderOp’ sample to be avaliable

Actual behaviour
It isn't
