Steps to reproduce
-In Nuke, Render a ColorWheel to quicktime in a folder testA and call it test.mov
-Render a CheckerBoard to quicktime a folder called testB, using same name test.mov
-Open NukeStudio, import the quicktime in folder testA, drag to timeline and see ColorWheel displayed
-Save the project
-On disc, MOVE the CheckerBoard test.mov from folder testB to folder testA and hit Replace to over-write the file
-Note, in NukeStudio, the Colorwheel is still displayed
-Rt-click timeline and choose Clip> Refresh Clip
-The clip bin Thumbnail updates to CheckerBoard, but the timeline Thumbnail, Sequence viewer and Sequence do not update
-Try to update with Cache> Clear Playback Cache, does not update
-Save project and re-open
-All displays have updated to the new Checkerboard test.mov
Workaround
After overwriting quicktime files, close and reopen project to update all displays
Reproduced by support

Expected behaviour
Re-rendered quicktime file should be updated in Timeline with either Clip>Refresh Clip or Cache> Clear Playback Cache
Actual behaviour
Re-rendered quicktime clips do not update in Timeline unless you save and re-open the project
