When switching from 'Active' to 'A/B' with 'Full Resolution Stereo' selected, the monitor out displays multiple images incorrectly

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Nuke Studio
2. Import stereo footage and add to timeline
3. Set Studio up in stereo mode
4. In the viewer set stereo to left eye
5. Set viewer to horizontal and place track 1 in A and track 2 in B inputs
6. In monitor out window set to 'Full resolution Stereo' with 'left' toggled for the left side and 'right' toggled in the monitor output tab for the right side
7.  Switch from 'Active' mode to 'A/B' mode
8. Switch back to 'Full Resolution Stereo' and step through frames
Repeat steps 7 and 8
Result: The image in the monitor out will become split into multiple quadrants and duplicate the image unwontedly.

Expected behaviour
Image to display on monitor out as shown in viewer

Actual behaviour
Image on monitor out was multiplied so that one image would be divided in two horizontally and the top and bottom images would both display the original
