Problem summary
When saving a layout and opening a new session, or when reapplying a layout immediately after saving it, the dividing lines between the tabs in the layout are offset.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Change your layout by dragging the dividing lines between the tabs around.
  2. Save the layout (Layouts > Save Current Layout....)
  3. Close the session and reopen Katana, or immediately reapply the layout under Layouts > (Name of your layout). Result: The layout is offset.
 
Reproduced by support
Katana 2.5v1, 2.5v4 on Windows 7
Katana 1.6v3, 2.0v1, 2.0v5, 2.1v1, 2.1v5, 2.5v1, 2.5v4 RHEL 6.4
 
Expected behaviour
The layout should be applied exactly as it was saved
 
Actual behaviour
The layout is offset.
