Customer reported platform

Steps to reproduce
1) go to a Windows machine and open attached reproduction script and load the attached .avi
2) open the Pixel analyser
3) pick a pixel and view its value in the Pixel analyser (when set to HSVL the discrepancies appear to only be in the Luminance). Look at 8bit, the pixel values appear correct.
3) go to a Linux or Mac OS X machine and open the same script and load the attached .avi
4) Do the same and watch out to select the same pixel. The values are different compared to Windows and for example the "black" areas of the image are 128 16 128, but putting the pixel inspector into 8-bit mode shows 127 15 127, which is incorrect.
Workaround
Unknown.
