Problem summary
Reformat on export applies black outside and crops image (diff v. Viewer)

Customer reported version
nuke.10.5v2

Customer reported platform
windows10

Steps to reproduce

1) launch Nuke Studio10.5v2 in safe mode and open attached project bug_reformat.hrox

The project contains a single sequence. In this sequence there's a single clip with a Transform soft effect scaling up the image x 1.4

2) right-click on the clip  in the timeline and select Clip > Reconnect Media and point it to attached test.jpg

3)  In the Viewer select 'overlay safe zone guides...' >  Format  to delineate the format with a red border

Note how much of the image you can see at the top and bottom because later these will be obscured by black borders like letterbox

4) Right-click the clip on the timeline and select 'Export'

5) Select 'Process as Shots'

6) Select preset 'Transcode Shots DPX'

7) In the Export Structure, select the 'Transcode Images' line and then in the pane on the right select Reformat > To Sequence Resolution

8) Enable 'Keep Nuke Script'

9) Hit the 'Export' button

10) Read the exported image into the node graph and view it.

Notice that in the resulting image there are black letterbox borders in the image and the top and bottom are cropped.  That is not the expected result. It should be identical to what we get in Nuke Studio's viewer.

11) Open the .nk file that was generated to do the export

The black bars problem can be resolved by disabling the 'black outside' knob in the Reformat node.

If you deleted the Transform Soft Effect and apply the same Transform to the exported image later, it appears the way you want it to (like disabling Reformat's 'black outside'); you can open the exported Nuke script and drop that same Transform node in, too but  you still have to disable the Reformat's 'black outside' knob

Workaround
Delete the Transform Soft Effect and apply the same Transform to the exported image later
- you can open the exported Nuke script and drop that same Transform node in, too but  you still have to disable the Reformat's 'black outside' knob

Reproduced by support
Nuke Studio10.5v2 - OSX 10.10.5
Nuke Studio 9.0v9 - OSX 10.11.6
Nuke Studio 9.0v1 - OSX 10.11.6

Expected behaviour
export matches image rendered to Viewer before export

Actual behaviour
export did not match image rendered to Viewer before export
