Lens Distortion giving incorrect results with footage

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke
2) Read in your footage with addition to your Distortion Grid
3) Connect your footage to a Reformat Node, and set parameters based on project.
4) Connect a LensDistortion node below that and Analyze Grid based off of the Distortion Grid.
RESULT:
Nuke will attempt to analyze the distortion however the resulted accuracy
Workaround
1) Open NukeX.
2) Read in your footage along with the Distortion Grid.
3) Connect a LensDistortion node and Analyze Grid.
4) Connect your footage to a Reformat Node, and set parameters based on project.
Additionally:
5) When redistorting CG to match the plate:
1) Use a Reformat node to Reformat your CG to your original source footage
2) Redistort CG to its original distorted values using a LensDistort node
3) Using a Reformat Node, Reformat CG back to project settings

Expected behaviour
The footage would reformat and then undistort to match the additional elements.
Actual behaviour
This would only work part time seemingly at random.
