Problem summary Text effect referencing clip and frame metadata on separate track fails in render, ok in Viewer
Customer reported version nuke.10.0v5
Customer reported platform 10.11
Steps to reproduce
1) open attached project in Nuke Studio10.5v1, there is a footage folder with a 12- and a 14-frame clip.
essentially it is 2 clips on one track with a gap in-between; each clip has a Text soft effect; on a separate track above is a Text effect spanning the duration of the 2 clips on the track below it
2) In Conforming workspace, reconnect the media
3) In Finishing workspace, double-click the 3 Text soft effects to open their panels; with the playhead on the effect, note the metadata coming from the Text nodes
4) select both clips and all 3 Text soft effects
5) right-click and select Export
6) In the Export dialog, select 'Process as Sequence' and export preset Photo-JPEG.mov
7) Choose a project root folder to render to
8) Transcode by clicking 'Export'
9) Open the .mov in Nuke or any playback app and look at the output, particularly the Text at the clip and track level
Workaround Unknown.
Reproduced by support repro'd on Nuke Studio10.5v1 on OS 10.10.5 on Windows 7
This is a REGRESSION - problem does not happen on Nuke Studio10.0v5
Expected behaviour when rendered, the metadata output by the Text effect on the separate track failed to show the correct clip metadata of the second track; in GUI it was correct
