Problem summary
In Katana 2.5v5, the translate manipulators change sizes when panning and orbiting around objects in the Viewer.​

Steps to reproduce
  1. Add a PrimitiveCreate node to the node graph.
  2. Fully expand the scene graph.
  3. Select the sphere primitive in the Viewer and press w to turn on the translate manipulators.
  4. Move the sphere away from the origin and press f to frame it in the view.
  5. Orbit around the sphere and watch the manipulators shrink and grow.

Expected behaviour
The proportions of the manipulators should stay the same.
 
Actual behaviour
The manipulators change in size.
