Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to the config directory on your OS:
C:\Program Files\Nuke10.5v4\plugins\OCIOConfigs\configs\nuke-default\
2. Replace the ocio.config file with the one provided by the customer
3. Navigate to the LUT directory:
C:\Program Files\Nuke10.5v4\plugins\OCIOConfigs\configs\nuke-default\luts\
4. Paste the .csp LUT file the customer provided here
5. Ensure you have a kona driver installed etc
6. Launch NukeStudio
7. Import the EXR file provided by the customer and add to timeline
8. Open the monitor out tab
9. Set to floating window, Full Resolution stereo, and 1D_LUT_v9
Result: unexpected colour artifacts

Expected behaviour
No colour artifact to appear and the custom LUT to work without issue
