Follow

Problem summary:

After closing viewer and opening a number of times the following the gl
warning pops up. This also occurs in the Example Viewer when opening a different example project or when expanding a scene graph.

Error in paintGL(): GLError(err=1281,description = 'invalid value', baseOperation = glClearColor,cArguments = (0.13725490196078433,0.13725490196078433,0.13725490196078433,0.0,))

OK then > error window
No longer attempting to keep GL texture resident(Swapping allowed, lower display performance expected)

Steps to reproduce:

  1.  open example project 'hello world'
  2. expand all from the root
  3. open hydra viewer
  4. close the viewer
  5. repeat 3 and 4 until error pop about gl paint appears.
I found it to appear on the 3rd time of opening the viewer.

Expected behaviour:

A new Hydra viewer should open without error.

Actual behaviour:

When closing and reopening a Hydra viewer (3 times) the pop up error window appears.

Workaround:

No known workaround.

Reproduced versions/platforms:

  • 3.0v1.000900a
