Problem summary
use video legal ranges in the Nuke Viewer doesn't affect monitor output for Blackmagic Ultrastudio Mini Monitor

Steps to reproduce
1) Open NukeStudio 10.5v3
2) Read in some footage
3) Enable monitor output for the Blackmagic Ultrastudio Mini Monitor using the NukeStudio Monitor Output panel
4) Toggling the legal video option changes the output on the external monitor
5) Disable NukeStudio's monitor output
6) Add the footage to the Node graph
7) Open the properties for the Node Graph's Viewer and enable monitor output for the Blackmagic Ultrastudio Mini Monitor
8) Toggling the use video legal range option does not change the output.
Note: Changing between 10 bit and 8 bit makes no difference
