Steps to reproduce

1) Download the attached menu.py and add it to you .nuke directory

2) Launch Nuke
 
3) The Draw and Deep submenu items no longer available in the Nuke node graph tab menu

Workaround
Rebuild the menu structure so Nuke recognizes it correctly

nuke.Menu.addAction() was added in Nuke 9.0v1

Expected behaviour
For Nuke to recognise menu items in the menu structure

Actual behaviour
Not doe recognize all Qt menu structures
