Problem summary
Adjusting the In and Out points in the timeline cause Hiero to re-cache causing slow downs with the UI and the program overall.

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Hiero 11.0v1
2) Import Footage
3) Move the In (Alt+I) and Out (Alt+O) points on the time line and you will notice that each point causes Hiero to re-cache the timeline regardless of the In or Out point's position causing slow downs.

Expected behaviour
Nuke's cache would not need to recache when moving the outpoint inwards
Actual behaviour
Nuke attempts to recache the footage regardless of the position of the In or Out points on the timeline causing Nuke to slowdown.
