Steps to reproduce
1) Install the plugin into the plugins directory
2) Install the Plugin see this link for details on installing plugins.
3) Read in any EXR containing more than just the RGBA channels
Workaround
Use a Copy node to remove all other channels, once you are left with RGBA the plugin should work as intended.
