Problem summary
If a machine gets disconnected from the server while running Nuke, clicking on 'Help' then 'License..' multiple times may crash Nuke

Steps to reproduce
1) While connected to a floating licence please open Nuke 11.0v2
2) Shut down the RLM Server floating the Nuke licence 
3) Click on Help > License.. then Close from the menu within Nuke between 1 and 10 times and the software will crash and close

Nuke 9.0v5, 9.0v8, 10.0v1, 10.0v6, 10.5v1, 10.5v5, 11.0v1 , 11.0v2

OSX 10.11.6:
Nuke9.0v5 and 11.0v2

Linux Centos 6
Nuke 9.0v5 and 11.0v2


Earliest version tested
9.0v1  and 9.0v4 on Windows.  9.0v4 on OSX and Linux.  Crash does not happen in 9.0v4 on any platform.

Expected behaviour
The software should not crash, if it checks the license status it should show the licensing error and prompt the user to save their work or retry for a license

Actual behaviour
Nuke closes with no save option
