Problem summary
When starting Nuke with an empty temp directory, the Denoise node can sometimes cause an error and crash. There is an error in the code that tries to create the sub-directories in the temp directory, but it only fails when ran for the first time.

Steps to reproduce
1) Start Nuke with an empty temp directory
2) Create a CheckerBoard
3) Create “Denoise” node attached to checkerboard
4) Move the Sample Square around
5) Nuke will crash

Expected behaviour
The Denoise node should not cause Nuke to error in any way and should behave as expected.
Actual behaviour
When moving around the Sample Square of the Denoise Node, Nuke will crash.
