Problem summary
There appears to be a fade between cascading toolbar selections in Nuke/Hiero/NukeStudio 11.0v1 and 11.0v2 release versions, this only happens in MacOS and not in the other OS's.
I have checked this on several different MacOS releases:
- 10.11.4 (El Capitan)
- 10.11.6 (El Capitan)
- 10.12.6 (Sierra)
- 10.13 (High Sierra)
and happens on all of these versions.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open up Nuke/NukeStudio/Hiero 11.0v1 or 11.0v2 using MacOS
2) Go to the left hand side and select a menu that has two levels of cascading menu's eg. 3D.
3) Move between selections quickly and you will see fading between the selections Result: Fading between selections
4) Try the above steps in Nuke/NukeStudio/Hiero 10.5 release versions Result: No Fading between selections
