Problem summary
LensDistortion [L] removes MotionBlur from upstream transform node.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke.
2) Open the attached script.
3) View Transform1
4) View LensDistortion1
Result: The motionblur added by Transform1 is removed.
Note: This is LensDistortion [L], not LensDistortion2
Workaround
Add a grade node between the transform and the LensDistortion node.
