Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Nuke

4) attach the tracker input pipe to the video file, then press 1 to select the tracker in the viewer.
5) in the properties panel, click "add tracker."
6) Place the tracker on a trackable location, and track a few frames by pressing the "track to end" button in the top of the viewer.
7) Export a transform (match-move) node in the tracker properties panel.
8) Double click the new transform (match-move) node to open the properties.
9) click the "2" button in the scale section of the transform properties to expand the width and height knobs on the scale knob.

Result: scale height is scaling with the width instead of the height.

Workaround
Right click the knob, click "edit expression" and change the w to h to set it to scale with height.
