ID 330156 - Incorrect automatic node renaming when reusing a numerical node name that was previously used on a node that was then deleted

Problem summary:

When naming a node to a numerical node name that was previously used on a node that was then deleted, the newly named node is automatically renamed with an _1 suffix to wrongly resolve an apparent naming collision with the node that no longer exists.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Drop any node
2. Rename it 010
3. Delete it
4. Drop any node
5. Rename it 010

Expected behaviour:

The node is named 010.

Actual behaviour:

The node is named 010_1.

Workaround:

No known workaround.
