ID 333364 - Add setBoundingBoxesEnabled() and setProxyGeometryEnabled() to Python interface of ViewerDelegate

Problem summary:

The ability to enable and disable bounding boxes and cooked proxy geometry was added to the Viewer Delegate C++ class, but not its Python wrapper.

Workaround:

Use setOption() by adding a case in the C++ class.
