ID 337026 - Clipping Warning in Nuke Studio does not show negative value pixels

Follow

Problem summary
When the clipping warning is set to 'Exposure' in Nuke Studio's Timeline view, it only displays the over exposed pixels (highlighted in red) and not the negative pixel values, which should be highlighted as blue.

Customer reported version
nuke.11.1v2

Customer reported platform
windows7

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke Studio

2) Import a clip (File > Import File(s)...) that has unclamped negative pixel values.

3) Change "set clipping warning effect" (
in the Viewer) from "No Warnings" to "Exposure".

4) Notice that the negative pixel values are not highlighted as blue. This can be compared this with Nuke or NukeX or the comp view in Nuke Studio, where the clipping warnings work as intended.

Workaround
The footage can be viewed in Nuke, NukeX or the Compositing view in Nuke Studio  (Shift + F6) as the clipping warning works as intended.
