Viewer Gain and Gamma knobs don't effect the monitor out display when Viewer GPU acceleration is enabled.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke with a monitor out device setup on the mahcine

2) Create a Checkerboard node and view it

3) Open the Viewer properties by mousing over the viewer and pressing S

4) Select the monitor out device and enable monitor output

5) Adjust the Gamma and Gain knob controls on the Viewer, the monitor out display will reflect the changes

6) In the Viewer properties panel, enable "use GPU for inputs when possible"

7) Adjust the Gamma and Gain knob controls on the Viewer, the monitor out display no longer is effected by the controls


Workaround
Don't use GPU acceleration for the Nuke Viewer, then the controls seem to work correctly.

Earliest version tested
Nuke 11.0v1- This issue no longer appears in this version and has regressed


Expected behaviour
For the Gamma and Gain Viewer controls to effect the monitor out display output

Actual behaviour
When GPU acceleration is used for the Viewer, the Gamma and Gain Viewer controls no longer effect the output
