[Hieroplayer] Track items cannot be edited after saving as a player project

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Hiero.
2) Select the track bin and press "Ctrl+i" to open the track importer.
3) Import several tracks.
4) Drag several tracks onto the track editor.
5) Save the project and close Hiero.
6) Open Hieroplayer.
7) Press file>open project and open the project saved in step 5. Press "OK" on any resulting dialogues, and save the file if prompted.
8) Press file>save as player project. Save the project somewhere.
9) Select a track in the track editor. You should be able to move it. Result: Tracks in a resaved player project cannot be moved/interacted with.
