ID 325693 - LevelSet Node prints the error "Pixel ____, ___ didn't have any good neighbors?" in the command line.

Problem summary
When a matte is created using the LevelSet node with its extrapolated channels set to rgba and a high dilate value Nuke will print the error "Pixel ####, ### didn't have any good neighbors?" where the # signs are random values.

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Nuke in Safe Mode  and open the attached file. For instructions on launching Nuke in Safe Mode please see the KB below. 
Q100038: Launching Nuke/NukeX/NukeStudio/Hiero in safe mode

2) Connect the attached EXR file as well. 

3) Note the output of the command prompt:

"Pixel ####, ### didn't have any good neighbors?"

Expected behaviour
The LevelSet node would work as intended and not print the error. 

Actual behaviour
The Node works but prints the error.
