Problem summary
NukeStudio 11.1v1 is not creating comps on all clips, after previously having created a comp on them.
After this, it will also crash if other scripts are then imported into the project and viewed.

Customer reported version
nuke.11.1v1

Customer reported platform
Linux CentOS 7

Steps to reproduce
1) Open NukeStudio 11.1v1
2) Import a clip (File > Import File)
3) Drag the clip from the bin to the timeline
4) Create a comp on this clip in the timeline (Right click the clip in the timeline > Effects > Create Comp) and select a location to export it to.
5) Delete the comp clip, that was just generated, from the timeline.
6) Use the Razor Tool (press the T key) and cut the clip into several parts.
7) Select all clips on the timeline.
8) Create a comp on all of the clips (Right click the clips in the timeline > Effects > Create Comp), and when prompted, on the Create Comp dialog that appears, select 'Add a seperate comp for each shot'
9) Notice that not all clips have a comp created on them
10) Now, import a .nk script into the project (File > Import File)
11) Open it from the bin view by double clicking on it.
12) Notice that Nuke crashes.

Workaround
After deleting the first comp clip from the timeline (step 5 of the above reproduction steps), select all of the clips in the timeline and clear the tags (Right click > Tags > Clear Tags). You can now follow the rest of the reproduction steps and the comps should be created on the clips as normal. However, this only works if you clear the tags before encountering the bug.

You can also workaround this by first saving, closing and reopening the .hrox project. You should then be able to import the .nk scripts, however, they cannot be dragged onto the Timeline. If you open the .nk script by double-clicking it in the Project Bin, ypou can then save a new version (File > Save New Comp Version). Return to the Timeline view, version up the comp and it should then work as intended.

Expected behaviour
NukeStudio 11.1v1 should create comps on all clips.
After this, it should also not crash if other scripts are then imported into the project

Actual behaviour
NukeStudio 11.1v1 did not create comps on all clips, after previously having created a comp on them.
It then crashed if other scripts are then imported into the project and viewed.
