Problem summary
Nuke Studio will retain a previous project's output resolution if a new project is created, changed to a new resolution and then saved before the project is closed to apply the change.
This will create a situation where the stated output resolution will show as the correct resolution, but sequences will be automatically created at the previous resolution.
Customer reported version
nuke.n/a
Customer reported platform
windows10
Steps to reproduce
1) Open a new Nuke Studio project
2) Inside of 'Preferences>Project Defaults>General' change the 'output resolution' to '4096x2160' (4K_DCP)
3) Click 'Ok' and close Nuke Studio without saving
4) Open Nuke Studio again
5) Inside of 'Preferences>Project Defaults>General' change the 'output resolution' to '1920x1080' (HD_1080)
6) Save the script and close Nuke Studio
7) Open the Nuke Studio project and create a sequence Result: You will notice that your sequence will automatically default to 4096x2160, even through your project output resolution is set to 1920x1080. Also, any further sequences created will also be brought in at this incorrect resolution.
Workaround
To avoid this issue do not save after step 5, saving before restarting Nuke Studio will retain the initial output resolution. Instead close the script and re-open it, this will set the output resolution to 1920x1080 (or the required resolution), then save it after this.

Earliest version tested

- This issue appears to be in all versions of the product
Expected behaviour
Once the projects output resolution is changed in preferences, the change should be applied to the current session and any further sequences once saved. If this is not possible and a restart of Nuke is required, the user should be prompted to restart Nuke Studio before the change will take effect.
Actual behaviour
If you change the output resolution from a previous resolution and do not restart to apply the changes, future sequences will contain the previous resolution automatically.
