Problem summary
When adding custom Output Resolutions for sequences, either from the Project Settings or from the Sequence tab in the Timeline, it only saves custom Output Resolutions if it is in use when the project is saved.
Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke Studio.
2) Import a file to create a sequence.
3) Navigate to the Sequence pane and select Custom... from the Output Resolution dropdown menu.
Alternatively, open the Project Settings window (Project > Edit Settings) open the Sequence tab and select Custom... from the Output Resolution dropdown menu.
4) Name the new format and click OK.
5) From the Output Resolution dropdown, select another format.
6) Save the project (File > Save Project As).
7) Close Nuke Studio.
8) Re-open Nuke Studio and the project and double-click the sequence. Notice that the custom format that was previously created no longer appears in the dropdown menu.
Workaround
Unknown.
Reproduced by developers
Nuke Studio 11.1v1
Nuke Studio 11.0v2
Nuke Studio 10.5v6
Expected behaviour
Custom Output Resolutions should be saved in the project, whether it is the format being used or not when the project is saved.
Actual behaviour
Custom Output Resolutions are not saved in the project, if it is not the selected option when the project is saved.
