ID 338164 - Colorspace error when viewing rendered comps in Nuke Studio 11.1

Problem summary
After rendering a comp in Nuke Studio, if you then view the rendered sequence from the Bin view, the Viewer will display the clip in the incorrect colorspace and will also return the following error message (or similar):

Steps to reproduce

1) Import a clip (File > Import File(s)...) into the Bin.

2) Drag the clip onto the Timeline and create a comp on it (Right click the clip in the timeline > Effects > Creat Comp Special). In the Export window, click the 
​ button to restore the presets to default, also ensure that Basic Nuke Shot is selected. Then click "Create Comp".

3) Render the comp (Right click the comp track on the Timeline > Render Comp).

4) Double click the rendered .dpx sequence in the Bin view. Notice that the colorspace is incorrect and the following error message is displayed:



Workaround
Delete the .dpx sequence from the Bin view and import it in again.

Expected behaviour
The rendered .dpx should be displayed with the correct colorspace and there should not be any error messages.

Actual behaviour
The rendered .dpx is displayed with the incorrect colorspace and the following error message is displayed:
