Problem summary
DNG Read - timecode and frame rate not recognized 

according to customer who has tried more than one clip, Nuke Studio defaults any clip to timecode '00:00:00:00' and 24 fps; he compares same clips read by Resolve with expected timecode and 25 fps

Steps to reproduce

1)  import frame of .dng (attached to this bug) into Nuke Studio

2) view the timecode and fps of the clip in any context, the bin, the spreadsheet, etc

Nuke Studio 10.5v4 - OSX 10.11.6

also Nuke10.5v2 ViewMetaData node does note capture timecode or frame rate values
