Problem summary
With Advanced Color Management enabled, switching the channel's output colorspace from Same as Native (Linear) to Linear causes some areas of the project to change colorspace.

Steps to reproduce
1) Enable Advanced Color Management via the following method:
Q100145: How to enable the advanced color management in Mari
2) Open the affected archive
3) Load the customers config.ocio via the Project Settings (File > Settings > Colorspace Config)
4) In the Channels palette, locate the advanced colorspace option 'Output Colorspace'. It should be set as 'Same as Native (Linear)'
5) Change the Output Colorspace from 'Same as Native(Linear)' to Linear'
6) Observe that areas of the project seem to change colorspace which should not be expected.
Workaround
If you need to change the Output Colorspace in this way, you will be required to run Colorspace conversions from sRGB to Linear on the problematic layers.
E.g. make use of the Filter OCIO Colorspace after selecting the layer with "Current Paint Target" mode
