Viewer gain and gamma knobs have no effect when Viewer GPU acceleration is enabled and a Scope is open.

Steps to reproduce

1) With the cursor over the Viewer, press the 'S' key with the mouse over the Viewer to open the Viewer settings. 

2) In the Properties panel, enable the 'use GPU for viewer when possible' option.

3) Create a Colorwheel node and connect it to the Viewer.

4) Change the gain or gamma setting for the Viewer in the Properties panel. The Colorwheel will change accordingly.

5) Open any Scope panel (right-click the top bar of any panel > Windows > New Scope).

6) Any gain/gamma changes will no longer be visible in the Viewer.

Workaround
1) Disable the 'use GPU for viewer when possible' option in the Properties panel for the Viewer when a Scope is open.

Expected behaviour
For the gain / gamma Viewer knobs to effect the Viewer when 'use GPU for viewer when possible' is enabled and a Scope is open.

Actual behaviour
When 'use GPU for viewer when possible' is enabled for the Viewer and a Scope is open, the gain / gamma knobs do not effect the Viewer.
