Problem summary
If GarageBand has been uninstalled the file browser fails to load images after using the import button or populate editorial input boxes.

Steps to reproduce

1) Uninstall Garage Band

2) Use the Import button to select some panels and press open

Workaround
Reinstall GarageBand

Reproduced by support
Reproduced in 5.2v5 and 5.3v1

Earliest version tested
5.2v5

Expected behaviour
FileBrowser should import selected images

Actual behaviour
The panels display as Processing in Flix and never update.
