Disabling or deleting a dissolve fade in transition on a some track items causes Nuke Studio to crash

Steps to reproduce
1) Open the attached Nuke Studio project
2) Select the Fade in dissolve from one of the track items in Track "Video 4"
3) Press d to disable it, Nuke will crash
Recreating a similar project with 3 blend tracks and dissolves on the first track clips can cause the same crash, see the attached video.
