Problem summary
Avid Mov32 codec profile option disappears after hitting "ok" in codec options.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke.
2) Create a write node.
3) Change the file type to "Mov" and the codec to "Avid DNxHD Codec."
4) Change the encoder to "mov32."
5) Select the chevron next to the advanced settings to reveal the codec options. At the bottom should be a an option labeled "Codec Profile."
6) Select "codec options." This should reveal an external window.
7) Select "Ok" in the external window.
Result: The Codec Profile option disappears.
Workaround
Hiding and revealing the advanced settings will re-reveal the codec profile option.

Earliest version tested
10.5v1 - Windows 10, OSX 10.13. A linux device with the avid encoders was unavailable during testing. This feature (Codec Profile underneath advanced settings) did not exist before this version.
