ID 144416 - Python API - Un-deprecate Version.versionIndex() or replace it with a recommended method

The Version.versionIndex() function is marked as deprecated but there is no alternative method offered for users to make use of versionIndex()

No other recommended method is provided so Hiero/NukeStudio uses will need to use versionIndex() to query versions but due to the function being marked as deprecated, using it will flood the console with deprecation warnings which makes it difficult to debug the output from the ScriptEditor Window.
