Problem summary
Duplicate image sequences in the Catalog have errors when image sequences try to display the same frame (a frame that was previously displayed by another duplicate image sequence). This error also occurs when a single image is imported and an image sequence tries to display the same frame as the single image. Consequently, this error also occurs with duplicate images.
Errors include:
Attempting to view the same frame in the Monitor prints "Error loading image '/path/to/image.1234.exr'" in the Render Log.
The Monitor does not show the current frame and leaves the old frame.
The Catalog shows a blank thumbnail when initially duplicating. Scrubbing the timeline sets a thumbnail.
Other Notes:
No warning message in Katana's Message tab.
Reproduced with exr, jpeg, and tif images.
Duplicating in the Catalog by right-click > Duplicate Catalog Item and by File > Import Image / Sequence experience the same errors.

Steps to reproduce
1) Import an image or image sequence in the catalog (File > Import Image / Sequence)
2) Either repeat step 1 with the same file or right-click > Duplicate Catalog Item. Result: The duplicated image does not load and viewing the item continually outputs the error to the Render Log on the same frame.
Workaround
Delete any duplicate images sequences or images in the Catalog.

Expected behaviour
- The duplicated image or image sequence should load a thumbnail on the Catalog.
- Display the current frame on the Monitor.
Actual behaviour
- The user sees a blank thumbnail in the Catalog and incorrect frame in the Monitor.
- The user sees no error in the Message tab.
- User sees "Error loading image '/path/to/image.1234.exr'" in the Render Log.
