ID 350656 - Vertical toolbar in *Viewer (Hydra)* tab disappears when restoring a Katana layout that was saved while the tab was hidden

Problem summary:

When saving a Katana layout, the visibility settings of UI components of the Viewer (Hydra) tab are stored in the Katana layout file. One of these settings defines whether the vertical toolbar in the tab is turned on or off.

When restoring a Katana layout, the state of the vertical toolbar is not restored correctly if the toolbar was turned on but the tab was hidden while the layout was being saved.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a Katana UI session.
2. Add a Viewer (Hydra) tab to a pane in the main window.
3. In the Viewer (Hydra) tab, turn the vertical toolbar on by choosing Vertical Toolbar from the tab's View menu.
4. Switch to a different tab in the same pane that contains the Viewer (Hydra) tab, so that that tab will be hidden.
5. Save the Katana layout under a new name.
6. Re-apply the layout you just saved, by choosing its name from the Layouts menu in the main menu bar.
7. Bring the Viewer (Hydra) tab to the foreground by clicking its tab title.

Expected behaviour:

The Viewer (Hydra) tab is shown with its vertical toolbar visible.

Actual behaviour:

There is no vertical toolbar in the Viewer (Hydra) tab.

Workaround:

No known workaround.
