Changing the vertical order of tracks causes the Timeline window to scroll to the bottom.

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Hiero and create several tracks (so that you need a vertical scrollbar in the timeline window).
2) Scroll the timeline window so you are at the top of the list (making sure the bottom is not visible).
3) Click a track header and drag it up/down to change the order.
4) Once you let go of the track header, the timeline window scrolls to the bottom.

Expected behaviour
When you change the vertical order of tracks the timeline window shouldn't scroll to the bottom.

Actual behaviour
The timeline window scrolls to bottom after changing vertical order of tracks.
