Problem summary
Dual monitor workspace configurations do not open correctly on Windows.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke.
2) Click and drag the properties panel to a second monitor.
3) Press "alt + s" to fullscreen the properties panel on that screen.
4) Select the main Nuke window.
5) Press "alt + s" to fullscreen the main Nuke window to that screen.
6) Select workspace>save workspace and choose "compositing" from the dropdown.
7) Select "OK," then choose "save" to replace the workspace when prompted.
8) Press "Ctrl + Q" to close Nuke.
9) Reopen Nuke.
Result: Windows are not on the correct monitors.

Expected behaviour
Nuke layout should adhere to monitor positions saved.

Actual behaviour
Nuke layout does not correctly adhere to the saved monitor positions.
