Follow

Problem summary
Within the Hydra Viewer, the behaviour when a Transform3D Pivot is altered, displays incorrect behaviour.

The pivot parameter on a Transform3D node no longer affects the placement of the translate manipulator within the Hydra Viewer.

Switching to the Legacy viewer displays the correct behaviour when the Transform3D Pivot is altered.

Customer reported version
3.0__3.0v1

Customer reported platform
centos7

Steps to reproduce

1) Import an alembic object, which is offset from the center by ( 10,0,10 ) units.

2) Point the Transform3D node at the root of the alembic cache (/root/world/geo/asset)

3) Change the 'makeInteractive' parameter on Transform3D node to Yes.

4) Select the location at the root of the alembic cache (/root/world/geo/asset) in the Scene Graph

5) The Transform, Rotate, Scale manipulators are all at the origin

6) Modify the pivot in the Transform3D to ( 10, 0, 10 ) so that it is centered at the cube

7) The Rotate and Scale manipulators are now centered, but the translate remains at the origin

Workaround
The manipulator is displayed correctly in the Legacy Viewer tab.
